LULU The Koala
Meet Lulu the Koala. Lulu’s heart is feeling very grey, but she doesn’t know what to do. Listening carefully to her heart, Lulu closes her eyes and pictures a rainbow of colour that inspires her to paint. At first, Lulu finds it is difficult to decide where to start but decides to just give it a go. Lulu becomes caught up in a whirlwind of creativity; mixing colours and painting pretty pink and blue blotches too. Lulu’s heart grows playful and a little more colourful. Lulu learns that being creative makes her heart feel happy.

BANJO The Bunny
Meet Banjo the Bunny. Banjo’s heart is feeling very gloomy, and he doesn’t know what to do. He sits quietly and pats his heart, listening until he hears the faintest little sound of a beat. As the music grows louder, Banjo knows what to do and shuffles his feet around. The music makes Banjo’s body want to move as he twirls, balances and makes giant leaps his heart begins to feel lighter and brighter. Banjo learns that exercise and self-care make his heart feel happy.

ELLIE the Elephant
Meet Ellie the Elephant. Ellie’s heart is feeling very heavy, and she doesn’t know what to do. Ellie asks her heart what it needs, as she listens very quietly she can hear the tiniest sound of the sea. On the way to the ocean, Ellie notices little things around her such as sunshine dancing in the trees, pretty flower petals, the sound of the sea and the smell of the salty air. These things made her little heart bounce. Ellie learns that her connection to nature makes her heart feel happy.
